Fort Knox will communicate with you primarily through the mobile app to ensure your information is handled as securely as possible.
Communication Options
Fort Knox offers various communication options, including email, text messages, push notifications, and in-app notifications.
To update your phone number, email address or physical address, go to the Profile section of your mobile app. To save changes to this information you must pass CLEAR® verification.
In the app's settings, you may enable or disable Text, Email, and Push Notifications, however, at least one notification setting must be enabled.
Fort Knox will never ever send you an email or text with a link or QR Code
We will never include links or QR codes in our emails or SMS messages. If we need you to take action, we’ll always ask you to open the Fort Knox app directly.
This helps protect you from phishing and keeps your account secure. If you ever get a message that looks suspicious, don’t click — just contact us through the app.
