Overview
Fort Knox funds transfers are unique and highly secure. Your Fort Knox Savings Account comes with a Secure Deposit Number which you can securely provide to anyone who is sending you a deposit – Your employer for your paycheck, the IRS for your tax return, and others.
Transfer Types
Funds may be transferred in and out of your Fort Knox via ACH or Wire from any external funding source via your Secure Deposit Number.
Withdrawals to your linked bank account are the only withdrawals possible with a Fort Knox Savings Account.
Each withdrawal from Fort Knox remains pending for two days before any money is moved, and notifications will give you ample time to review the withdrawal request. This extra step helps ensure your withdrawals are safe and secure.
Except for your initial deposit, which takes 5 business days to clear, all other deposits are available after 1 business day.
Once the full clearing period ends, funds are available for withdrawal.

What are the deposit and withdrawal limits on my Fort Knox Savings Account?
Limits can vary based on your account activity, security status, and external bank policies. Please refer to the app or your account terms and conditions for the specific limits that apply to your account.
Why was my transfer rejected or delayed?
A transfer may be rejected or delayed for a few reasons, including insufficient funds in the external account or the Fort Knox account details were entered incorrectly with the depositing institution.
If your transfer is delayed, check the app for updates, or reach out to Customer Support for more assistance.
Can I transfer funds between my Fort Knox Savings accounts?
No – You may have more than one Fort Knox account, and each may be linked to different external funding accounts, but you cannot transfer those funds between Fort Knox accounts.
