How to close your Fort Knox account
To close a Fort Knox Savings Account, go to the Savings Account Overview and tap Close Account.
We'll help you withdraw any remaining funds and confirm your request. We'll be sad to see you go, but we'll make the process smooth and secure.
If you want to come back, you can open a new Fort Knox High-Security Savings Account by logging into the mobile app.
How to delete your Fort Knox user account and profile
Deleting your profile removes all data and access. It does not close savings accounts – you must do this first.
After deleting a profile you may later re-register.
As a bank, we are required to maintain records of all accountholders. Deleting your profile does not remove all record of your account with Austin Capital Bank.
