A Security Zone is an area or function of the Fort Knox app to which access may be customized with additional security measures.
Visit the Security section of your app to customize your 2 Factor Authentication, Login, and Funds Transfer security zones by adding additional security measures to them.
Security measures are additional safeguards you can enable to protect your account – like biometric authentication, 3rd party two-factor authentication apps, or physical tokens.
Other Security Settings
In addition to adding Security Measures, you may also freeze your account to cancel and block any pending or future transactions, and set up or change your Customer Support Challenge Phrase.
Your Customer Support Challenge Phrase is a shared secret between you and Fort Knox. When you contact support, you ask the question, and our agent provides the correct answer. It’s a two-way verification tool that confirms both your identity with us, and enables you to verify that you’re speaking with a trusted, authorized Fort Knox representative.
