Lockdown™ Status is triggered when we’re no longer able to monitor your linked account – this could be due to a connection issue or a change at your bank, such as a revoked authorization.
While in Lockdown™, you can still receive normal deposits, but the connection to your external bank account must be re-established before any money can be withdrawn from your savings account. Any recurring withdrawal schedules you have configured will be cancelled if your account enters Lockdown™ Status.
You may re-link the same external bank account, or if you want to choose another, you will re-verify your external account details.
Note: If you change your externally linked bank account within 60 days of opening your account, withdrawals are paused for 60 days to ensure your balance isn't sent to an unfamiliar account by a bad actor with access to your Fort Knox account.
