YubiKey® and Authenticator Apps are two-factor authentication methods which can be set up as additional security measures in your app.
If either of these methods fail:
- Ensure the app and your device’s software is up to date
- Restart your phone or reconnect the key
- In the Security Center, disable and re-enable the security measure (CLEAR® verification required)
